摘要
锅炉氧化皮脱落产生的固体颗粒导致汽轮机叶片破损、阀门磨损、围带铆钉磨损等问题,是超临界、超超临界机组面临的世界性技术难题之一,分析了流场的分布规律,制定了减小固体颗粒对汽轮机喷嘴的冲蚀的措施,达到提高汽轮机寿命的目的。
Solid partical from boiler's oxide layer, which is one of the world's technical puzzles of critical and super critical unit, lead to problems like turbine blade breaking,valve wearing and belt rivet wearing etc.The paper has analysed the regulation of flow distribution and made measures to reduce corrosion of particles at turbine nozzles so as to extend the service life of turbine.
