摘要
目的:探讨腰骶丛神经精细解剖结构及腰骶丛神经断裂伤的MRI分型。材料与方法:对21例腰骶丛神经断裂伤患者行常规扫描序列、3D-STIR序列增强扫描,观察所得图像。结果:21例患者行3D-STIR序列增强扫描可清楚显示腰骶丛神经的构成、走行、连续性、形态、信号及腰骶丛神经断裂伤的各种征象,其中神经根断裂型4例、神经丛断裂型11例及神经干断裂型6例。结论:3D-STIR序列增强扫描可以清楚地显示腰骶丛神经解剖结构并为腰骶丛断裂性损伤的诊断提供重要临床依据。
Objective: To investigate the lumbosacral plexus anatomical structure and lumbosacral plexus injuries classifi- cation at MRI. Materials and Methods: Twenty-one patients with lumbosacral plexus injuries underwent normal and 3D- STIR MR scan. All of the images were analyzed. Results: Twenty-one patients with lumbosacral plexus injuries underwent 3D-STIR MR scan. Not only the formation, direction, continuity, shape, signal of lumbosacral plexus but also the sign of in- juries could be showed clearly, including 4 cases of nerve root rupture, 11 cases of nerve plexus rupture and 6 cases of nerve trunk rupture. Conclusion: The anatomical structure of lumbosacral plexus can be showed clearly by 3D-STIR. It is al- so an important method for diagnosis of lumbosacral plexus injuries.
