摘要 目的:探讨MicroRNA-31在肝癌中的作用功能。方法:利用realtime PCR检测不同来源的肝细胞和临床来源肝组织样本中MicroRNA-31表达,MTT检测MicroRNA-31对肝癌细胞生长活性的影响。结果:发现MicroRNA-31在肝癌细胞显著低于正常来源的肝细胞,对不同的临床来源肝组织样本检测发现在肝癌组织的MicroRNA-31表达量显著低于正常对照和癌旁组织,MTT分析发现MicroRNA-31可抑制肝癌细胞的生长。结论:本研究提示MicroRNA-31在肝癌中具有肿瘤抑制作用,在临床进展中可能扮演着重要的作用。 AIM: To study the role of MicroRNA-31 in hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC).METHODS: MicroRNA-31 expression was detected by realtime PCR,HCC cell growth was detected by MTT. RESULTS: MicroRNA-31 expression was down-regulated in HCC cell lines and HCC patients.Ectopic expression of MicroRNA-31 mimics suppressed HCC cell growth. CONCLUSION: MicroRNA-31 may be as atumor suppressor by regulating cell cycle inhuman HCC,that provide a novel targ MicroRNA-31 et for the molecular treatment of liver malignancies.
