呼出气一氧化氮检测在变应性鼻炎患者中的应用 被引量:4

Application of fractional exhaled nitric oxide in patients with allergic rhinitis

摘要 目的:通过对变应性鼻炎( allergic rhinitis,AR)患者进行呼出气一氧化氮( fractional exhaled nitric oxide, FeNO)检测,探讨FeNO检测在AR患者中的临床应用。方法收集我院2014.3-2015.4呼吸科门诊就诊的成人AR患者63例,进行FeNO检测,对FeNO检测结果进行相关性分析。结果63例AR患者,男51例(占85.7%),女12例(占14.3%),平均年龄(27.49±7.273)岁,症状轻度组27例(占42.9%),症状中-重度组36例(占57.1%)。所有AR患者FeNO值36[23,45]ppb,轻度组23[20,34]ppb,中-重度组40[34.25,54.75]ppb,两组比较P〈0.05;男女组间FeNO水平无统计学差异(P〉0.05);年龄与FeNO水平无相关性(r=-0.028,P=0.826)。结论 FeNO检测水平与症状严重程度呈正相关,与年龄、性别无关。在AR患者,尤其是中-重度症状患者中根据FeNO检测水平,指导临床行早期气道炎症干预治疗。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of orally fractional exhaled nitric oxide ( FeNO) in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods A total of 63 patients with AR were enrolled and underwent a measure of orally FeNO, which level was analyzed for correlations with other variables. Results There were 51 men and 12 women in the study group, with a mean age of 27. 49 ± 7. 273 years old. There were 27 mild AR cases (42. 9%) and 36 moderate-severe AR cases (57. 1%). In all patients with AR, FeNO was 36 [23-45]ppb, while 23 [20-34] ppb in mild AR cases and 40 [34. 25-54. 75] ppb in moderate-severe AR cases. The level of FeNO was significantly higher in the moderate-severe group than in the mild group (P〈0. 05). There was no obvious difference in FeNO among different age and sexuality (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The level of FeNO is positively correlated with severity of AR, not with gender and age. The detection of FeNO in patients with AR, especially at moderate-severe stage, can guide the early intervention for airway inflammation.
