摘要
目的探讨BiPAP无创呼吸机通气在恙虫病并发呼吸衰竭治疗中应用。方法对10例恙虫病并发呼吸衰竭应用BiPAP无创呼吸机通气治疗,并动态观察无创通气前后呼吸频率、氧合指数和动脉血气氧分压变化。结果通过BiPAP无创呼吸机通气并及时服用多西环素抗恙虫立克次体、支持对症后呼吸频率、氧合指数和动脉血氧分压均较通气前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对恙虫病并发呼吸衰竭应用BiPAP无创呼吸机通气配合多西环素有效抗立克次体及对症支持治疗效果好,减少了有创呼吸机使用、多脏器衰竭死亡;值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of non-invasive breathing machine in the treatment of respiratory failure patient complicated with Tsutsugamushi disease. Methods 10 respiratory failure patient complicated with Tsutsugamushi disease were given BiPAPB non-invasive breathing machine. The respiratory frequency and PaO2/FiO2 and PaO2 were dynamically observed before and after the treatment. Results The patients who received nonin-vasive mechanical ventilation and doxycycline had better respiratory frequency and PaO2/FiO2 and PaO2(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Non-invasive breathing machine combined with doxycycline and other symptomatic treatment can effectively improve the curative effect in the treatment of respiratory failure patient complicated with Tsutsugamushi disease, which can reduce the use of breathing machine and multiple organ dragon's death.
