摘要
采用问卷调查法和访谈法,对辽宁省15所竞技体育后备人才培养基地进行调查,针对运动员出路方面的诸多问题进行分析并提出相应对策,旨在为辽宁省竞技体育后备人才未来发展提供参考。
By using the methods of questionnaire and reserve talents training bases in Liaoning Province and interview, this paper investigates 15 competitive sports analyzes the many problems on the athletes＇ outlet. This paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to provide reference for development of competitive sports reserve talents in Liaoning province, and give reference for the sustainable development of competitive sports reserve talents in Liaoning province even the whole country.
