从瘀热论治系统性红斑狼疮

Review of the Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Based on Stasis-Heat Theory

认为瘀热是瘀、热两种病理因素互相搏结、胶结合和形成的具有新特质的病理因素。提出瘀热是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的重要病机,贯穿于疾病的整个发病过程。瘀热作为一种继发性病理因素,可致疾病出现变化迅速、多脏受累、缠绵难愈的病理特点。临床表现一般具备血瘀、血热两方面的特征,并与部分实验室指标存在内在关联。临床上以凉血化瘀为治疗大法,可用犀角地黄汤加减治之。

This paper holds that stasis-heat is a new pathological factor caused by the struggling between heat and stasis and its the major pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）and exists during the pathogenetic process of the disease.As a secondary pathological factor,stasis-heat can cause quick changes,involvement of many organs and prolonged process of sickness.Clinical symptoms include blood stasis and blood heat and are often have internal relations with some lab index.In clinical practice,under the guiding principal of cooling the blood and removing stasis Xijiao Dihuang Decoction is often used to treat the disease.
