抗早颗粒剂治疗儿童性早熟的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察抗早颗粒剂治疗特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)女童的临床疗效。方法以中药抗早颗粒剂治疗的性早熟女童40例,并与达菲林40例为对照,比较2组临床疗效、体质量指数(BMI)、血清黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平及骨龄的变化。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为77.5%和75%(P>0.05);2组治疗后子宫卵巢容积、LH、FSH、E2、骨龄(△BA/△CA)较治疗前均减少(P<0.05);治疗组可以减低患儿体质量指数(P<0.05)。结论中药抗早颗粒剂治疗ICPP女童疗效确切,可以降低患儿性激素水平,延缓骨龄,控制体质量,降低体质量指数。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of treating girls with idiopathic true precocious puberty(ICPP).METHODS The treatment group with 40 girls were treated with Kangzao granules and the control group with 40 girls were treated with Diphereline.The TCM syndrome,body mass index(BMI),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and bone age of both groups were recorded.RESULTS The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 77.5% and 75%(P〉0.05)respectively.The uterine ovarian volume,LH,FSH,E2,and bone age(△BA/△CA)decreased after the treatment(P〈0.05).The BMI in the treatment group decreased(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Kangzao granules are effective in treating ICPP.The drug can reduce the E2 level,delay the aging of bone,control and reduce the BMI.
