不良情绪与脾胃病临床症状的相关性调查研究

Research on the Correlation between Negative Emotions and Clinical Symptoms of Spleen and Stomach Disease

目的为了验证＂肝能助土疏运＂中医理论,调查分析不良情绪与脾胃疾病临床症状的相关性,为临床用疏肝法治疗脾胃疾病提供依据。方法参考国际焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）,收集相关不良情绪信息;参考《中药新药临床研究指导原则》《中医内科学》等收集脾胃病临床常见症状信息并分级计分;设计调查问卷,选择脾胃病、非脾胃病患者发放调查问卷,收集信息录入数据库,运用SPSS软件分析各组患者两类信息相关性。结果 ①2组数据中脾胃症状评分（PW）与不良情绪评分（QZ）数值均呈正态分布。2组数据中的脾胃症状评分数值,脾胃病组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05-0.01）;不良情绪评分数值,脾胃组问题评分均分多数高于对照组（P〈0.05-0.01）。②散点图显示：脾胃组坐标点较为密集;对照组分布松散。③运用二因素相关性分析中Pearson相关系数及其显著性检验,脾胃病组脾胃症状评分与不良情绪评分相关系数R=0.459,P〈0.05;对照组R=0.326,P〈0.05。结论脾胃症状的轻重与不良情绪评分密切相关。

OBJECTIVE To verify the TCM theory that the liver assists in digestive function of spleen and stomach and provide the evidence for treating spleen and stomach disease by soothing the liver,this research analyzes the correlation between negative emotions and clinical symptoms of spleen and stomach disease.METHODS Firstly,the information referring to SAS and SDS was gathered;Secondly,the information of common clinical symptoms of spleen and stomach disease was collected referring to the Guiding Principle of Clinical Study on New Drug of TCM and Internal Medicine of TCM,and scores were classified;Finally,the designed questionnaires were issued to the patients with and without spleen and stomach disease,then the information was recorded into the database and the correlation was analyzed by SPSS.RESULTS①Spleen and stomach symptom scores（PW）and negative emotions scores（QZ）presented normal distributions in both two groups.PW and QZ in the group of patients with the disease were higher than the control group（P〈0.05-0.01）.The average scores of problems in the group of patients with the disease were mostly higher compared with the control group（P〈0.05-0.01）.②The scatter plot showed that the coordinate points were intensive in the group of patients with the disease but loose in the other group.③The analysis of Pearson correlation coefficient and significance testings showed that R=0.459,P〈0.05 in the observation group and R=0.326,P〈0.05 in the control group.CONCLUSION The degree of the spleen and stomach disease symptoms is closely related to the negative emotions scores.
