摘要
采用文献资料法、实地考察法和访谈法等,对高校武术课中开展长穗剑教学的可行性进行分析,并提出建议,旨在通过适当的引入和正确的指导来调动学生参加武术活动的积极性,增强武术课的教学效果,使长穗剑教学成为高校体育教学的有益补充,从而更好地弘扬中华武术文化。
By using the means of documents, field observation and interview, this paper makes an analysis on the feasibility of carrying out long-tassel sword teaching in college Wushu course, and puts forward some suggestions. Through the introduction and correct guidance, it will fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate in the activities of martial arts and enhance the effect of martial arts class, it makes the long-tassel sword teaching become a useful complementary to physical education in universities, so as to carry forward the Chinese martial arts culture.
