养肾排毒方的大孔树脂分离纯化工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究养肾排毒方的大孔树脂分离纯化参数。方法采用单因素试验法对大孔树脂吸附分离养肾排毒方的工艺条件进行优选。结果优选树脂品种为AB-8和D101等比混合树脂,最大上柱量为2g药材/1g树脂,上柱药液浓度为0.688g/mL,上柱流速为2BV/h;蒸馏水5BV为杂质洗脱剂,70%乙醇5BV为有效成分洗脱剂,洗脱流速均为2BV/h。结论优选的养肾排毒方大孔树脂分离纯化工艺是科学合理的。 OBJECTIVE To study Separation and purification parameters of the Yangshen-Paidu Fang by macroporous resin.METHODS Single factor design method was used to optimize the adsorption and separation technique by macroporous resin.RESULTS The optimal parameters of the macroporous resin purification were as follow:the variety of macroporous resin was mixture containing AB-8and D101resin(1∶1),the concentration of sample solution was 0.688g/mL at a flow of 2BV/h,and sample solution were eluted in order with deionized water of 5BV,70%alcohol of 5BV at a flow of 2BV/h.CONCLUSION The macroporous resin purification technique of the Yangshen-Paidu Fang is rational and scientific.
