摘要
TMG(Tensiomyography)技术通过一个数字位移传感器测量肌肉肌腹的横向(径向)移动产生的生物力学变化来记录肌肉状态的改变,通过收缩时间(Tc),持续时间(Ts),延迟时间(Td),放松时间(Tr),径向位移(Dm)5个参数进行分析所测试肌肉的状态,用以评测肌肉功能,时间及形态上的对称性。本文综合了大量国外研究,包括TMG技术的重复性研究,评价下肢运动损伤中的应用,评价不同训练方式下肌肉状态中的应用,肌纤维类型测定研究以及不同年龄段肌肉状态的变化做研究综述。
TMG, recording the changes of muscle condi-tions through the biomechanics parameters measured from the lateral moving of muscle belly by spring loaded dis-placement sensor,time of muscle contraction( Tc) ,time of muscle relaxation( Tr) ,time of muscle sustains( Ts) ,time of muscle reaction delay ( Td ) , the radial displacement of the muscle( Dm) is used to evaluate the muscle functions and symmetry of time and form. The thesis is a literature review based on plenty of foreign research including the study on the repeatability of TMG and its application on sport rehabilitation,evaluation of the application of muscle in different training modes and evaluating the muscle fiber types and the changes of muscles in different ages.
