Factors Affecting ATP Professional Lawn Tennis Challenge Tournaments

通过研究草地网球的特点,对男子ATP职业挑战赛级别的球员在草地比赛的发挥、表现、过程、结果进行跟踪观察。运用文献资料法、观察统计法、专家访谈法等研究方法整理、阐述、归纳了影响男子ATP挑战赛级别草地比赛的各类因素。认为草地网球中建立优势需保证技术的全面性与战术的灵活性;提高二发的攻击性;尝试上网截击的战术;提升力量素质,加强平衡性、灵活性、协调性的训练从而保证步法的移动效率等等。希望能够为从事高水平竞技体育工作的网球教练员及运动员提供草地比赛与训练的借鉴。

Based on the experience of the authors’ atten-ding to different levels of lawn tennis tournaments around the world, this research followed, observed, analyzed and summarized the players’ performance,progress and results in the above games. During this process, literature analy-sis,observation,statistics and expert interviews were used as research methods to sort and stated the factors affecting ATP professional lawn tennis challenge tournaments. Such as：in order to get advantage on lawn, the generality of techniques and agility of tactics should be strengthened,＆amp;nbsp;the attacking of second service should be enhanced;tac-tics with more volleys should be used;fitness should be enhanced,especially balance, agility and coordination, so that the moving efficiency is high. Upon the above find-ings,we hope we could offer advice to coaches and ath-letes working in high-level competitive training in tennis sport.
