对江苏省青少年游泳后备人才培养现状的研究——以江苏省少体校为例

Research on the Present Cultivating Situation of Teenage Swimming Reserved Talents in Jiangsu Province

运用文献查阅、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,以江苏省青少年游泳运动员、教练员为调研对象,从运动员情况、教练员情况、选材依据与途径、训练与学习情况等方面系统了解了江苏省青少年游泳后备人才培养的现状及面临的问题,并就江苏省青少年游泳后备人才培养现状与其他省份进行了比较,提出了促进青少年游泳项目后备人才培养可持续发展可采取的应对策略。

Using literature review,expert interviews,ques-tionnaires,mathematical statistics methods,this paper has made the investigation on Sports School swimmer,grassro-ots coaches from Jiangsu Province and found out current situation of teenage swimming reserved talents training to-gether with problems. The key factors that effecting swim-ming reserved talents selection,training can provide refer-ential basis for athletes selection and training.
