幸福校园是和谐校园的新发展,它更加强调以人为本,关注个人的幸福体验。影响校园主体幸福感的因素主要有物质生活、精神生活和自我实现3个方面。幸福校园建设要从改善物质条件、营造良好环境、增强心理调适、促进自我实现4个方面入手,既要提升师生员工的生活满意度,又要加强幸福观教育,确立合适的个人目标,提升师生主观幸福感。

Happy campus,stage after the further development of harmonious campus,emphasizes more on people-orientation and concerns about individual happiness.The main factors affecting individual happiness of campus include material life,spiritual life and self-realization.The achievement of happy campus construction lies on improving material condition,creating pleasant environment,enhancing psychological adjustment and promoting self-realization.On one hand,life satisfaction of faculty and students should be improved.On the other hand,happiness education should be taken and appropriate personal goal be established to improve subjective happiness of faculty and students.
