摘要
在顶管施工过程中,管材受到各种外力的作用,千斤顶的顶推力尤为重要。顶进力一般由顶进过程中受到的阻力来进行估算,顶进阻力主要包括切削刀盘受到的迎面阻力和管壁与土体之间的摩擦阻力。根据实际施工记录,采用数值拟合的方法,提出了适用于在软土地层中采用泥水平衡顶管技术施工,顶进钢管道时的管壁与土体之间单位面积平均摩阻力的计算公式,进而推导出在此情况下的顶进力计算公式,并与目前较为广泛应用的顶进力计算公式的计算结果做了对比,评估合理的参数设置,探讨更加准确的顶进力计算公式。为以后的施工提出一定的指导建议。
During a pipe jacking engineering, there are so many kinds of forces loaded on the pipe, which are particularly important. Jacking force is usually estimated by the resistance including the face resistance of the cutting head and the frictional resistance between the pipe and the soil. According to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Zhuhai Gongbei tunnel project, a more suitable formula which can calculate the frictional resistance between the pipe and the soil when using slurry machine to excavate in the soft soil has been put forward by using numerical fitting method, and then deduced the formula which can estimate the jacking force. In addition, this paper compared the result of the formulas which are more widely used and the new formula to find the reasonable parameters and to explore more accurate formula of jacking force calculation. So, it can make some suggestions for future constructions.
