输气管道通过采空区地质工程处置应用技术研究

摘要 目前,我国输气管道高速发展,线路不可避免地要经道矿产开采地段,特别是煤矿采空着煤矿的逐步开采,采空塌陷是动态的,一旦对管道造成威胁,其后果严重。根据煤矿采空塌陷的应急处置原则和方法,结合山西境内煤矿采空区的处验,总结出管道经过煤矿采空区采用“勘查监测、应变开沟、管底垫层、应急重开”非充填工程处置技术,安全且成本低,简单易行,有效防范了采空区变形对管道造成的危害。 At present, the development of gas transmission pipeline is at high speed, the pipeline route is inevitably to the mining area, especially coal mine goaf with coal mine mining step by step, goal collapse is dynamic, once a threat to the pipe, a serious consequences. According to the coal mine goal collapse of emergency disposal principle and method of the combination of Shanxi Province coal mine goal test, summed up the pipeline through the coal mine goal adopt "exploration monitoring, strain furrowing, pipe bottom cushion, emergency restart" not filling engineering disposal technology, safe and low cost, simple, easy to effectively prevent the goaf deformation and the damage to the pipeline.
