Application of Rubber Airbag to Lifting Crossing Pipeline during HDD Construction

在进行水平定向钻穿越施工时，管道回拖是最后一步也是最为关键的一道工序。而在山区实施管道回拖，遇到不具备开挖发送沟条件的情况较多。可将港口常用的船用橡胶气囊引入水平定向钻穿越工程中作为顶升工具，运用气囊充气产生的内压来抬升既有管线，此法可以很好地解决在山区进行定向钻穿越施工，管线需上滚轮架而又不具备大型机械设备进场条件的难题。

Pipeline pullback is the final and most crucial process during horizontal directional drilling construction. But sometimes there is no condition to excavate sending ditch before pipeline pullback in the mountainous. This paper describes a method that introducing marine rubber airbags commonly used at port to horizontal directional drilling construction. The airbags are used as the lifting tools and welded pipeline can be uplifted by the internal pressure generated by the airbag inflator. The method has proved to be a good way to solve the problem that the pipeline needs to be set on the stinger without large-scale machinery and equipment in the mountains.
