医学本科生对全科医学社区见习内容和教学的评价分析 被引量:5

Analysis of evaluation on general practice community probation from the perspective of medi-cal undergraduates

摘要 目的由学生对全科医学社区见习内容和带教情况进行评价,为今后完善社区见习教学提供依据。方法应用自设问卷于2014年11月,对完成《全科医学概论》课程社区见习的151名医学本科生进行调查。问卷内容包括对社区见习内容及带教的评价;答题选项采用李克特式五级评分设置,由“很不好”到“很好”程度依次赋值1,5分。使用Epidata3.0和SPSS17.0建立数据库与进行分析;定量资料计算平均分,分类资料统计例数和构成比;对参观社区卫生服务中心、观摩全科医生接诊的总体评价与带教情况评价采用Spearman秩相关法进行分析。结果共获得有效问卷151份。学生对社区见习的总体评价为4.34分,对参观社区卫生服务中心的总体评价为4.25分,对观摩全科医生接诊的总体评价为4.34分。在对两次见习课带教师资的评价中,教师与学生的沟通评分最低,分别为4.21分和4.34分。社区见习中教师的带教意识、专业水平、与学生的沟通,分别与参观社区卫生服务中心和观摩全科医生接诊的总体评价相关联(P〈0.05)。结论社区见习在《全科医学概论》教学中的作用不可忽视,应进一步加强社区见习基地和师资建设,完善对社区见习效果的评价。 Objective To evaluate the curriculum and teaching of general practice community probation from the perspective of medical undergraduates and provide evidence for improving general practice community probation. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was adopted to investigate 151 medical undergraduates after general practice probation in November 2014. The questionnaire consisted of evaluation on the curriculum and teaching of probation. Likert scale was adopted to eval- uate each question, the score ranges from 1 to 5. Epidata 3.0 was utilized to establish the database and SPSS 17.0 was adopted for data analysis. Mean and standard error were adopted to describe quantita- tive variables, frequency distribution and constituent ratio were adopted to describe categorical vari- ables. Spearman rank correlation test (ct=0.05) was adopted to analyze the association between the overall evaluation of visiting community health service center (CHSC) and observing general practice consultation and the evaluation of teaching. Results Total 151 valid questionnaires were collected.The score of overall evaluation on general practice community probation was 4.34, the score of overall evaluation on visiting CHSC was 4.25, the score of overall evaluation on observing general practice consultation was 4.34. In the evaluation on the teaching of 2 general practice community probation ses- sions, communication between the faculties and students had the lowest score i.e. 4.21 and 4.34 respec- tively. Teaching consciousness, professional capacity and communication with students of the faculties were associated with the overall evaluation of visiting CHSC and observing general practice consultation (P〈0.05). Conclusion The role of community probation in the teaching of "Introduction to general medicine" can not be ignored, the training sites and faculty development should be further strength- ened and the evaluation of the effect of community probation should be improved.
