河北省旅游业创新发展对策分析

On the Strategy of Innovation and Development of Tourism Industry in Hebei Province

近30年来,河北旅游业总体呈现快速增长趋势,但也存在资源优势没有很好地转化为经济优势、旅游结构不合理、区域旅游发展较为被动等诸多问题。针对这些问题,提出实施入境旅游奖励政策、建立旅游资源联动机制、建立旅游城市中心游憩区、建立京津冀旅游利益协调和补偿机制、成立城市间旅游组织机构、构建河北省智慧旅游创新体系等加快河北省旅游业发展的创新对策。

In the past three decades,tourism in Hebei Province has been growing rapidly. Still,there exist many problems,such as the relatively poor conversion of resource advantages into economic advantages,the irrationality of tourism structure,the passivity of regional tourism development,etc. To address these problems,we propose several innovation strategies to expedite the development of Hebei tourism,including implementing incentive policies of inbound tourism,establishing linkage mechanism of tourism resources,constructing center recreation areas in tourist cities,establishing the coordination and compensation mechanisms of tourism benefits among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,establishing inter-city tourism organizations,and constructing wisdom tourism innovation system of Hebei.
