中医临床诊疗指南制修订现状分析与思考

Analysis and Reflections on Drafting & Revising Status of Clinical Practice Guidelines of TCM

目的:分析现行指南制修订存在的问题并提出建议,为今后开展指南制修订工作提供参考。方法:依据指南前言和引言,统计分析指南发布形式、制定进度、研究方法和共识范围等相关数据。结果:中医临床诊疗指南一般以某一科常见病诊疗指南的形式发布;截至目前为止,现行指南422项,其平均制定历时3.9年,平均实施历时4.1年;88.3%指南为基于专家共识的临床实践指南;422项指南共识范围不一。结论:建议改变指南发布形式、建立指南实施跟踪机制、完善指南制修订过程和加强指南制修订方法学研究,以此缩短指南制定周期、保证指南科学性、扩大指南共识范围以及提高指南质量。

Objective： To analyze the problems in drafting ＆ revising work of the present guidelines, to provide references for drafting ＆revising work of clinical practice guidelines. Methods： Statistical analysis of relevant figures on release form, sched- ule of drafting, research method and the scope of consensus of guidelines, that is based on preface and introduction. Results： Guidelines is issued in the form of a series of common diseases. So far, there are 422 guidelines which cost 3.9 years in draft- ing and implement 4.1 years averagely. There are 88.3% guidelines based on expert consensus which scopes are different. Con- clusion： Changing release form, establishing tracking mechanism, improving the process and strengthening the research on methodology of guidelines, drafting ＆revising, so that it can shorten the develop cycle, ensure scientific, expand the scope of consensus and improve the quality of guidelines.
