翠云草的研究进展

Research Progress on Selaginella Uncinata

对翠云草的化学成分、药理作用、质量分析、提取工艺4个方面进行综述。结果表明,翠云草含有黄酮类、酚类、甾体皂苷类、酸脂类化合物及挥发油等化学成分。具有抗病毒、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、平喘、祛痰止咳、抗菌等作用。认为目前主要利用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法检测穗花杉双黄酮来控制其质量,其总黄酮提取工艺合理可行。

This paper summarizes the chemical composition, pharmacologic actions, quality analysis, extraction technology of Selaginella Uncinata in recent years. It possesses flavonoids, phenols, steroidal saponins, acids and esters, volatile oils et al. Modem pharmacology studies demonstrate that Selaginella uncinata possesses wide pharmacological actions, especially in antiviral, anti-anoxic, antitumous, Antiasthmatic, anti-tussive and expectorant, antibacterial effects. HPLC and TLC are usually adopted for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The extraction method of total flavonoids is rational and feasible.
