摘要
将在新乡地区采集的鸢尾、国槐、玉米、红叶李、黄豆、豆角、白蜡树、芙蓉、刺槐、竹子10种植物的链格孢菌发病叶片标本,在室内制作成临时玻片,通过对病原菌形态进行显微观察,并观察和描述症状特征、测量梗及孢子大小,结合文献的查阅和分析,鉴定10种植物上的链格孢属病原菌.鉴定结果表明:10种植物上的链格孢属病原菌分别为鸢尾生链格孢、细极链格孢、小麦链格孢、杏链格孢、黑链格孢、长喙链格孢、连翘链格孢、锦葵链格孢、豆链格孢、稻链格孢.
10 kinds of diseased plant leaves, Iris tectorum Maxim.,Sophora japonica,Zea mays,Prunus cerasifera,Glycine max,Phaseolus vulgaris,Fraxinus chinensis,Hibiscus mutabilis,Robinia pseudoacacia,Dracaena sanderiana,collected from Xinxiang area,were made into temporary slides indoors.Through the study of the microscopic observation of morphological characteristics of the pathogens,and the observation and description of the disease symptoms,measurement of the size of the spores and conidiophores,combining with literature review and analysis,10 kinds of Alternaria pathogenic fungi were identified,Alternaria iridicola,A. tenuissima,A. triticina,A. armeniacae,A.atrans,A. longirostrata,A. forsythiae,A. malvae,A. azukiae,A. oryzae.
