摘要
运用RT-PCR方法对淮南猪背部皮下脂肪与背最长肌肌内脂肪组织中激素敏感脂肪酶(HSL)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因表达进行测定.试验结果表明:相关基因与淮南猪肌内脂肪组织相关,皮下脂肪组织中HSL mRNA丰度下降了32.91%(P<0.05);FAS mRNA丰度提高了75%(P<0.05),FAS/HSL比值提高了2.89倍(P<0.01);LPL mRNA丰度提高了51.28%(P<0.05).表明淮南猪皮下与肌内脂类代谢相关基因表达存在显著差异.
HSL,FAS and LPL mRNA abundance in subcutaneous and intramuscular adipose tissue of Huainan pigs were tested using semi-quantitative RT-PCR methods.The results showed that compared with intramuscular adipose tissue of Huainan pigs,HSL mRNA abundance in subcutaneous adipose tissue decreased by 32.91%(P 0.05),but FAS and LPL mRNA abundance increased by 75%(P 0.05),FAS/HSL m RNA abundance increased by 2.89 folds and 51.28%(P 0.05),respectively.These result demonstrated that there are difference of genes expression regarding lipid metabolism between subcutaneous and intramuscular adipose tissue of Huainan pigs.
