牛脾脏粗提物的抗菌活性分析

Bacteriostasis analysis of crude extract from bovine spleen

为获得具有抗菌作用的物质,研究对牛脾脏粗提物进行了提取,并通过抑菌试验检测了粗提物对几种革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌的抑菌活性.结果表明:牛脾脏粗提物对产气肠杆菌和变形杆菌具有较好的抑菌活性,但对大肠杆菌、沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、炭疽杆菌(疫苗株)没有明显抑制作用.牛脾脏粗提物中存在着抗菌活性物质.

To gain material which has antibacterial effect,the crude extraction from bovine spleen were carried out,and bacteriostatic experiment tests against several gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria were performed.The results showed that the crude extract from bovine spleen has bacteriostatic on Enterobacter aerogenes and Proteus,but has no antibacterial activity on E. coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus anthrax vaccine strain.This indicates that crude extract from bovine spleen has materials which has antimicrobial activity.
