新型火针联合中医辨证治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Effects of New Fire-needle combined with TCM on Lumbar Disc Protrusion

目的:探讨新型火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及其对临床症状和影像学的影响。方法:将434例无明确手术指征的腰椎间盘突出症患者按就诊时间先后随机分为治疗组和对照组各217例,分别给予不同的干预措施,并于1周、1个月、3个月、半年、1年定期观察患者临床症状、体征的改善和影像学的变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前降低,腰椎JOA评分均较治疗前提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周、3个月、6个月、1年治疗组VAS评分均低于对照组,治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、1年治疗组腰椎JOA评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新型火针联合中医辨证论治治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好疗效,可明显缓解疼痛,改善腰椎功能。

Objective： To investigate the effects of new fire-needle on clinical symptoms and iconography in patients with lumbar disc protrusion. Methods： The 434 patients with lumbar disc protrusion with no clear indication of operation were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, 217 cases in each group, and received different interventions respectively, and after 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year of the treatment, the clinical symptoms, body syndrome and changes of i- conography were observed. Results： The clinical effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the VAS pain scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before therapy, and the lumbar JOA scores of the two groups were higher than before, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;after the treatment of two groups, the pain VAS score of the treatment group was lower than the control group, JOA of the lumbar spine was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The new fire-nee- dle combined with TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of lumbar disc protrusion has good effect, can relieve pain, and improve the lumbar vertebral function.
