根据市场需求及对试验用农药喷雾塔的发展现状研究,将农药喷雾塔的工艺流程全部纳入PLC自动控制系统,通过对自走式自动化农药喷雾塔的结构设计,实现了喷药全程自动化、喷药量任意调节、喷药罐一次装夹、试验植株适用范围大、喷药过程全密闭等需求。
According to market demand and study on the development situation of pesticide spray tower for testing, a PLC automatic system is the most effective program to control all the technological process of pesticide spray tower. By designing the structure of the self-propelled automatic pesticide spray tower, full automatic spray, multiple adjustment of spraying, clamping of multi-spray tanks by one time, expanding the test plant range, building sealed environment for entire spraying process are all realized.
