芪苈强心胶囊对老年高血压并发心力衰竭患者心肌功能的影响

Influences of Qili cardiotonic capsule on myocardial function of senile hypertension patients combined with heart failure

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊对老年高血压并发心力衰竭患者心肌功能的影响。方法将100例老年高血压并发心力衰竭患者按数字法随机分为两组，每组50例，均予以常规抗心衰治疗，观察组在此基础上联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗，观察12周，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心肌功能及心功能各项指标检测结果。结果治疗后两组心功能及心肌功能各项指标均较治疗前显著改善，观察组较对照组改善更显著（P〈0．05或0．01）；观察组总有效率高达92．0％，对照组为74．0％，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（χ2=5．74，P〈0．05）。结论老年高血压并发心力衰竭患者在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗具有增效作用，能明显改善患者的心肌损伤症状，促进心功能恢复，疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influences of Qili cardiotonic capsule on myocardial function of senile hypertension patients combined with heart failure （HF）. Methods A total of 100 senile hypertension pa- tients combined with HF were randomly assigned to two groups of 50 ones each according to digital meth- od, both groups received routine anti-HF treatment, on this basis observation group was plus Qili cardio- tonic capsule for 12 weeks, and efficacies, pre- and post-treatment myocardial functions and all indexes of heart function were compared between two groups. Results After treatment heart functions and all inde- xes of myocardial functions of both groups improved more significantly compared with pretreatment, So did those in observation than in control group （P〈（0.05 or 0.01） ; total effective rate was respectively 92.0% in observation and 74.0% in control group, the former significantly higher than the latter （χ2 =5.74,P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Routine anti-HF treatment plus Qili cardiotonic capsule has a synergism, could nota- bly improve the symptoms of myocardial damage, promote heart function rehabilitation, has an evident effect in senile hypertension patients combined with HF, and deserves clinical generalization and applica-tion.
