摘要 为改善乘用车普遍存在的制动踏板感差的现状,给出了制动踏板感的定义和评判踏板力和踏板行程是否可以接受的标准。结合主观评价的结果,通过相关检测设备检测所得的踏板感曲线,对车型的踏板感进行分析,并且对制动系统相关零部件的参数进行对标,进一步把问题原因细化到零部件参数上,通过改进零部件关键参数来改善制动踏板感。 For improving the brake pedal feel on passenger cars, the definition of brake pedal feel and acceptance criteria of pedal force and pedal travel are given out. With the result of subjective evaluation, and the brake feel curve detected by brake feel detecting device, the pedal feel of the car is contrasted with some parameters of the brake system parts of other competitive ears. Finally, the brake pedal feel is improved by modifying the key parameters of the brake system parts.
