水平无箱造型线采用垂直造型、水平分型的方式,特别适应于湿型小件得以广泛应用,但由于造型机、砂箱、脱型装置、砂型推出等装置的原因,易造成错型问题。从应用实践的角度,深入剖析各种原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。

Horizontal flaskless molding line, with the method of vertical modeling and horizontal parting, especially suitable for wet small parts, becomes widely available. But as a result of molding machine, sand box, demolding device and sand mold release device, it＇s easy to cause box-shift. From the perspective of practical application, this paper analyses the various reasons, and proposes the corresponding solution.
