西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

A control study of citalopram combined with buspirone in the treatment of senile depression

目的探讨西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮治疗老年抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将68例老年抑郁症患者随机分为两组，每组34例，均口服西酞普兰治疗，观察组联合丁螺环酮治疗，观察8周。于治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．05或0．01），观察组治疗各时点较对照组下降更显著（P〈0．05或0．01）；治疗8周末观察组显效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应均较轻微，治疗各时点两组副反应量表评分比较差异均无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论西酞普兰联合丁螺环酮治疗老年抑郁症具有增效作用，疗效显著，起效快，且不增加不良反应，显著优于单用西酞普兰治疗。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of citalopram combined with buspirone in the treatment of senile depression. Methods Sixty-eight senile depression patients were randomly divided into two groups of 34 ones each, both groups took orally citalopram, observation group was plus buspirone for 8 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） before and after treatment and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）. Results After treatment the HAMD and HAMA scores of both groups lowered more sig- nificantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.05 or 0.01） ,so did those at each time point in observation than in control group （ P〈0.05 or 0.01） ; at the end of the 8th week obvious effective rate was significantly higher in observation than in control group （P〈0.05）. Adverse reactions of both groups were mild, there were no significant group differences in the TESS scores at each time point （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Cita- lopram combined with buspirone has a synergism and an evident effect, takes effect more rapidly, and doesn＇t raise adverse reactions compared with single citalopram in senile depression.
