摘要
机械设计中常常采用调整垫片的方式来抵消尺寸链中的误差,调整垫片作为选配法的典型事例,结合生产现场的实际操作,从垫片组数、形状公差、尺寸公差入手,简述了调整垫片的设计方法和过程。
In mechanical design, adjusting shim is normally used to offset error of dimension chain. As a typical application of classification-assembly, combining with assembly process and realistic operation, the shim design method and thickness calculation steps are discussed in the aspects of group size, shape deviation, and tolerance.
