摘要
汽车配电盒技术是整车厂掌握电器原理电源分配的一个重要领域。以实际车型开发的配电盒作为研究对象,首先对车辆电器需求作分析,调查配电盒市场发展方向与新技术应用;其次收集电器回路数,通过对回路数量分析,计算出配电盒所需要的车辆搭载空间大小、保险丝与继电器个数,完成详细设计;最后根据实验方法,评价配电盒的信赖性。用此种方法,可以设计出满足使用要求、品质目标的配电盒。对整车厂掌握电源分配能力、提升电子电器领域核心技术有着重要的意义。
Auto power distribution box technology is an important area of power distribution of electric apparatus for the OEMs. Based on actual models in the development of power distribution box as the research object, OEMs must first, analyze the demand of vehicle electrical appliances, and investigate the market development direction and application of new technology; next, collect the number of electric circuits, and through circuit number analysis, calculate how big the space is on the vehicles, and how many the fuses and relays are, and then complete detailed design; finally, according to the experimental method, evaluate the durability of the distribution box. Using this method, a power distribution box can be designed to meet the requirements of usage and quality performance. It has important significance for the OEMs to master the power distribution capacity and to improve the core technology of electronic and electrical appliances
