摘要
将90例失眠症患者按照随机数字法分为3组,各组30例,分别为认知行为治疗组、口服药物(艾司唑仑片)治疗组、联合治疗组(认知行为和药物联合)。治疗5周,运用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评估表(PSQI)进行睡眠质量评定。结果表明:联合治疗组总有效率为93.33%,认知行为治疗组为63.33%,口服药物治疗组为70.00%,联合治疗组与其他2组之间差异具有显著性(P<0.01),认知行为治疗组与药物治疗组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。3组治疗后PSQI总分和7个因子评分均明显低于治疗前,联合治疗组与其他2组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。可得出结论:认知行为疗法(CBT)联合药物可有效改善失眠患者的睡眠质量。
90 cases of insomnia patients were randomly divided into 3 groups--cognitive behavioral therapy group ,o- ral drugs( estazolam tablets)treatment group and combined treatment group (cognitive behavioral and combination drug) ,each group of 30 cases. The results showed that the total effective rate was 93.33% in the combined treat- ment group ,63.33 % in the treatment group, and 70% in the combined treatment group (P 〈 0.01 ), and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The total score and 7 factor scores of PSQI in the 3 groups were significantly lower than that before treatment, and the combined treatment group had significant difference compared with the other 2 groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can effectively improve the sleep quality of the patients with insomnia.
