摘要
基于某款大流量排水抢险专用车,建立其回转平台机构的有限元模型,采用Optistruct软件对回转机构尺寸厚度进行轻量化设计,通过强刚度分析验证轻量化设计结果可行性.结果表明:分别对回转机构中的180°弯头、举升油缸座加强梁和变形三通座尺寸厚度改进,不仅可以达到平台强刚度结构可靠性要求,同时实现回转平台机构质量从原来827.2 kg降低到757.7 kg,轻量化程度达到8.4%,研究结果为改进相关专用水泵车回转平台机构设计提供参考依据.
The finite element model of a rotary platform for special pump vehicles was designed using Optistruct to decide thickness of the rotary mechanism and its strength and stiffness was analyzed to verify feasibility of this lightweight design. The results show that the improved thickness of the 180 ° elbow, the strengthening beam of the lifting oil cylinder bridge and the deformation tee meets the requirements of reliability of the platform strength and stiffness,and at the same time reduces the weight of the platform from827. 2 kg to 757. 7 kg by 8. 4%, making it a remarkable lightweight design. The design provides useful references for relevant improving rotary platform mechanism for special pump vehicles.
