摘要
使用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件,用反应谱法对ZF48-126型110 k V进出线气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)进行抗震计算研究.在模拟GIS正常运行条件下得到GIS整体结构的位移、速度、加速度动力响应及等效应力响应,分析了重心位置对GIS整体结构固有频率的影响.结果表明:该型GIS设备满足AG5(0.5g)抗震水平,但出线套管会产生相对剧烈颤动,不利于GIS安全运行,降低重心位置能有效避免共振,提高低阶固有频率.仿真结果与认证实验数据具有一致性,可以为其他高压电器产品的抗震设计提供借鉴.
In this paper,an anti-seismic ZF48- 126 type 110 kv inlet and outlet line of GIS was analyzed using the finite element analysis software and the response spectrum method. The statistics of the overall structure of GIS displacement, velocity, accelerating dynamic response and equivalent stress response under normal operating conditions were received, and the effect of gravity position on the overall structure of the natural frequency researched. Results of seismic evaluation show that this GIS type meets the GB / T 13540—2009 of AG5( 0. 5g) seismic levels. But the sleeve will produce relatively severe vibration,it is not conducive to the safe operation of GIS, and that lower center of gravity position can effectively avoid the possibility of resonance caused by the outlet line and improve the low-order natural frequency. They are consistent with the certified experimental data and make a reference to the design of relevant seismic products for a better practicability.
