摘要 通过引入模糊数学的单因素和模糊综合评判来评价"认知不确定"的公路抗水毁的能力,以公路抗水毁灾前预防能力评价系统为对象构造模型.根据专家意见和经验设置权重及评语集、隶属函数和评判矩阵将公路抗水毁能力划分为4个备择集.以河床糙率、边坡稳定性、路基施工质量等级和养护维修等因素集为例设定了评判标准.对模糊综合评价进行实际计算,并嵌入属性和图形数据对应关联,对该系统应用于抗水毁灾前预防能力等级评价进行了可行性分析. Fuzzy single factor evaluation and fuzzy synthetic evaluation were used to establish a waterlogging warning evaluation system to evaluate the epistemically uncertain road damage resistance. In the model,the weight and comment set, the membership functions and evaluating matrix were set up on experts' expertise and real world demand,and road waterlogging resistance were divided in four four alternative sets.Evaluating criteria include bed roughness, slope stability, roadbed construction quality and maintenance for computing on the fuzzy synthetic evaluation. Attribute and graphic data were embedded to the evaluation system. A feasibility analysis was conducted to the road waterlogging warning evaluation system.
