摘要
随着重庆文理学院(下称学院)师生人数的日益增加和师生的需求日趋增多,如何有效管理物业,满足师生需求,为师生创造良好的学习和生活环境,提供优质的后勤服务是学校急需解决的重大课题。公司要想有好的服务,关键在人。本文在对学院物业管理公司,即重庆博达学校后勤服务有限公司(下称博达公司)的实地调研基础上,找出了公司人力资源管理存在的问题并提出了相应的解决办法,以期能促进博达公司的管理水平,提升学院后勤服务的质量和服务水平。
With the increase of the number of teachers and students and their demand in Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences(CQUAS), it poses to be an indispensable topic to deal with the issues of effective and efficient property management in hopes of satisfying the need of both the teachers and students by providing excellent logistic services to create a wonderful atmosphere for studies and life. On the basis of the field investigation of the Property Management Company in CUAS, namely, Chongqing Boda Logistics Service Co. Ltd.(BODA), this paper shed light on the problem and its resolution on the issues regarding human resources management, aiming at improving the company's management level, and promoting the quality of logistic services.
