留学生医学伦理教育调查与分析——以新疆医科大学为例 被引量:3

摘要 调查了新疆医科大学2009级留学生的医学伦理教学状况,结果显示,大部分的调查对象认为医德行为与医德品质是互相影响的统一整体;对于医生职业道德规范的维系方式,91.6%的调查对象选择经济法律等他律手段,52.3%的调查对象选择道德自律;对于影响其做出伦理判断的因素,44.8%的调查对象归因于社会文化及宗教信仰因素,44.9%的调查对象归因于患者的经济条件,30.8%归因于医疗卫生体制不完善。留学生医学伦理教育应重视理论与实践的结合,注重医学伦理原则在不同文化境遇下的理解与应用,同时关注社会文化因素对留学生医学道德观念的影响。 The medical ethics education for international medical students of 2009 in Xinjiang Medical University were investigated. The results showed that 70.0% of the students believed medical behaviors were coherent with medical virtue; 91.6% of the students recognized legal regulation and economic restriction, as a part of ethical system, were the means of heteronomy that regulated doctors; behaviors, while 52. 3% of the students believed moral self-discipline was more effective. For the factors that influenced their moral judgments, 44.8% of the students considered culture and religion, 44.9% of the students selected economy and 30.8% of the students chose health system. Therefore, the authors claimed that we need to improve cultural competence adhering to different values for international students in the education of medical ethics.
