摘要
目的:将参芪王浆养血口服液经3-甲基-1-苯基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)试剂衍生化后,采用高效液相色谱法建立其单糖类成分的指纹图谱,为该制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用Phenomenex Luna RP C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲盐(pH=6.7)(A)-乙腈(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为250nm。结果:建立了参芪王浆养血口服液中单糖类成分的HPLC指纹图谱,以10个共有峰作为参照峰,采用指纹图谱评价软件计算相似度均≥0.85。结论:采用高效液相色谱法建立参芪王浆养血口服液单糖类成分的指纹图谱可为该制剂的内在质量控制提供参考依据。
Objective:To study the HPLC fingerprint and to establish a sensitive and specific method for controlling the quality of Monosaccharides in Nourishing Oral Liuid of Royal Jelly, Ginseng and Astragalus Root (NOLRJGA) derived by PMP reagent. Methods: HPLC method was set up, using Phenomenex Luna RP C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm)with gradient elution, and the mobile phase was comprised of potassium dihydrogen phosphate-buffered saline(0, lmol/L, pH = 6.7) and Acetonitrile, the UV detection wavelength was at 250nm, with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results: The HPLC fingerprint was set up, and the similarity were higher than 0.85 with a total of 10 peaks as reference peaks by similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM. Conclusion:The quality of Monosaccharides in NOLRJGA can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprints.
