中药配合艾灸治疗气虚型子宫脱垂临床观察

To Investigate the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Moxibustion for Treatment of Qi Deficiency Type Uterine Prolapse Curative Effect

目的:探讨中药补中益气汤加减配合艾灸治疗对气虚型子宫脱垂的治疗效果。方法:将50例患者随机分为2组,治疗组26例,口服中药汤剂配合艾灸治疗;对照组24例,采用单纯口服中药汤剂治疗,均治疗1个月及6个月后随访,观察两组子宫脱垂及回纳阴道变化情况,并通过妇科内诊及盆底肌力强度进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.15%,对照组总有效率为75%,且盆底肌力强度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:中药配合艾灸治疗子宫脱垂优于对照组,且预防复发。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction Combined with moxibustion for treatment of Qi deficiency type uterine prolapse curative effect. Methods： 50 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, treatment group （26 cases） and oral medicine decoction combined with moxibustion; 24 cases in the control group, treated with decoction of Chinese medicine treatment, were treated for 1 month and 6 months follow-up, observed two groups of uterine prolapse and vaginal changes and through the gynecological examination and Pelvic floor muscle strengthto were to evaluate the curative effect. Results ： The total ef- fective rate of the treatment group was 96.15%, and the control group was 75%, and pelvic floor muscle strength is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Chinese medicine combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of uterine prolapse is better than the control group and prevent recurrence.
