穴位埋线治疗43例单纯性肥胖症临床研究

Clinical Research on Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of 43 Cases of Simple Obesity

目的:观察穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效,为减肥人士提供参考。方法:选取43例单纯性肥胖症患者作为研究对象,比较埋线前后患者的体重、腰围等指标,观察穴位埋线减肥的临床疗效。结果:埋线减肥总有效率达76.74%,超重、轻度肥胖、中度以上肥胖患者治疗无显著差异(P>0.05),适合于不同程度的肥胖症患者,越肥胖者治疗效果越明显。结论:穴位埋线疗法有较好的减肥治疗效果,可帮助患者抑制食欲、促进脂肪代谢、调节内分泌,耗时短,简便易行,作用持久,易被患者接受,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of catgut embedding treatment of simple obesity. Methods ： 43 cases of simple obesity patients were given catgut embedding treatment for weight reduction, the efficacy was observed by comparing waistline and weight before and after treatment. Results：the total effective rate is 76.74%, no significant difference between verweight, mild obesity, moderate obesity treatment （P〉0.05）, the method is suitable for different levels of obesity. Conclusion： Catgut embedding was effective in weight reduction, because of the effect of reducing the sense of hunger, promoting the metabolism and regulating the endocrine. It was simple to operate and time-saving, worthy to promote.
