消风宣窍汤治疗儿童变应性鼻炎30例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiaofeng Xuanqiao Decoction on 30 Kids' allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察消风宣窍汤治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组患儿采用消风宣窍汤治疗,对照组患儿采用盐酸西替利嗪滴剂治疗,观察并记录两组患儿治疗前后鼻部症状评分及治疗效果。结果:治疗组患儿未见不良反应,对照组中1例患儿昏睡难耐退出研究。治疗组患儿总有效率为83.33%,对照组患儿总有效率为86.21%,组间总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消风宣窍汤能有效减轻变应性鼻炎患儿的临床症状,具有较好安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of eliminating wind Xuanqiao Decoction in the treatment of allergic rhi- nitis in children. Methods：Will 60 cases of children with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each, children in the treatment group by fire wind Xuanqiao decoction treatment and in control group were treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride for the treatment of levocetirizine drops were observed and record the two groups before and after treatment in children with nasal symptom scores and treatment effect. Results： The treatment group no adverse reactions in the control group, 1 patients withdrew from the study was sleeping. Children in the treatment group the total efficiency was 83.33% and control group with total efficiency was 86.21%, group total effectiveness is, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： The fire wind Xuanqiao decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children, have good safety and high, it is worth of clinical application.
