A Survey of College Students' Understanding of Nanning' Food Culture in Guangxi

南宁饮食文化日益发达,具有鲜明的民族风格和浓厚的地域特色。通过对广西大学学生对南宁饮食情况认识情况的调查,探究同学们对南宁饮食基本情况和饮食习俗的了解程度,对南宁饮食商圈的整体观感,启发对南宁饮食文化保护措施的思考,并且考察同学们对于南宁饮食文化宣传途径和活动兴趣倾向。

The food culture in Nanning has the ethnic feature and regional characteristic. This paper explores the college students＇ understanding of Nanning＇s food culture according to the survey, and,the food trade areas in Nanning. It also enlightens the students of how to protect the food culture here, investigating college students＇ interest toward the publicity of the food culture in Nanning.
