摘要
在高职院校的学生管理中,融入人文关怀具有重要意义。但是如何有效地将人文关怀融入班级管理当中仍然需要我们探究。本文对高职院校五年高职班级管理中如何实施人文关怀进行研究,从管理中人文关怀的意义出发,对学生的群体心理特点和内在需要进行分析后,针对五年高职班级管理中人文关怀的具体实施提出相应的措施。
It has significance to involve humanistic care in student management of vocational college. Mean-while, the ways to effectively involve humanistic care in class management are still need to be studied. In this paper, combining with the significance of humanistic care in class management, through analyzing the group psychological characteristics and the inner need of students, the ways to effectively involve humanistic care in class man- agement are studied, and relevant measures are put forward.
