作风建设关系到党的事业兴衰和成败,决定着政府的形象与公信力,影响着中华民族伟大复兴"中国梦"的实现。推进形成作风建设新常态,必须做到积极开展学习;坚持"四兴"来抵御"四风";牢记心中有党、心中有民、心中有责、心中有戒;坚持制度建设、严格监督和领导带头,以持之以恒的毅力常抓、抓长。

The construction of work style is connected to the success of the Party, the image and credibility of the government and the realization of the ＂Chinese Dream＂. In order to promote the formation of the New Normal Condition concerning work style construction, it is necessary to carry out the relevant studies, to keep the Four Ad- vocations （＂Si Xiug＂） in stead of the Four Styles （＂Si Feng＂）in mind, to promote systematic construction, strict su- pervision and to ensure the long-term effectiveness of the relevant mechanisms.
