摘要
高校是科技创新的主力军和创新知识的重要来源,高校科技成果转化是高校的重要使命,也是建设创新型国家的重要内容。高校科技成果转化,在产学研合作创新链条中发挥着关键性作用。文章阐述了高校科技成果转化的意义、内容与过程,分析了当前制约我国高校科技成果转化的根本性因素,并提出了改革的对策措施。
Universities playing a fundamental role in scientific and technological innovation and generation of innovative knowledge,the transformation of the achievement is an important mission to universities and is critical to the construction of an innovative country.Such transformation is of significance in the China Industry-University-Research Collaboration.The basic factor restraining the transformation of scientific and technological achievement and the relevant countermeasures are discussed,based on an analysis concerning the significance,content and process of such transformation.
