反射面天线热变形对其方向图的影响 被引量:7

摘要 在某些极端应用场合下,环境温差很大,反射面天线由于其各种复合材料的热膨胀系数差异,将产生较大的结构应力和变形,该变形将会对天线的电性能产生不利影响。文中针对复合材料反射面天线的热变形与电磁场之间的耦合问题,建立了反射面天线结构热变形对其方向图影响的分析方法。首先通过力学有限元前后处理软件Patran建立力学模型,通过Nastran分析其在100℃温差下的结构热变形,然后将变形后的结构网格导入电磁仿真软件FEKO中,定量分析热变形对方向图的影响。文中通过对网格的控制,使得力学模型与电磁模型采用统一网格模型,从而降低了网格转换带来的人为误差。该方法为天线的逆向设计提供了定量的理论依据。 In some severe application environment of reflector antenna,temperature difference is very large.Reflector antenna may appear structural stress and deformation due to the different thermal expansion coefficients of its various composite materials. This deformation will bring bad effects on antenna electric properties.For the coupling problem between thermal deformation and electromagnetic field,this paper establishes the method for analyzing the effects of thermal deformation on far-field pattern. Firstly,mechanical model is established by Patran to get the thermal deformation field of the model under 100 ℃ temperature difference using Nastran. Then,the deformed mesh model is input into FEKO,the effect of thermal deformation on the far-field pattern is analyzed quantitatively. By controlling the mesh model,the mechanical model and electromagnetic model use the same mesh model,so as to reduce the artificial error of mesh transform. This research provides quantitative theoretical foundation for the converse design of reflector antenna.
