摘要
深圳平安金融中心项目通过对超厚超大复杂异形铸钢件安装焊接技术研究,总结并制定了适合本项目铸钢节点的安装焊接工艺措施及检测标准,成功地指导完成了超厚板复杂异形铸钢件安装焊接工作。重点介绍了铸钢件钢板过渡段设置、铸钢节点实体预拼装、超厚铸钢件现场焊接工艺评定、超厚板铸钢件检测标准等。
Through the research on the installation and welding of super thick and large complex cast steel in Shenzhen Ping＇an IFC project,the suitable installation and welding measures and testing standards were summed up and formulated and successfully guided the construction. This paper mainly introduces the transition section setting of cast steel,the solid pre-assembly of the cast steel joints,the evaluation of the welding process of the super thick cast steel,the testing standards of the super thick plate and so on.
