摘要
绍兴市柯桥区体育中心体育场采用了开合屋盖结构体系,由固定屋盖、活动屋盖、承载及牵引机械系统和膜结构围护系统组成。分析了该开合屋盖的结构设计特点,其中固定屋盖采用的232m柔性下弦组合桁架体系多项技术在国内为首次提出及应用,随之也产生了一些新的施工技术难题。通过对该项目施工特点与难点进行深入分析,提出的施工方案及措施很好地解决了项目实施过程中的技术难点,确保了该项重大工程的质量和安全。
Keqiao Sports Center Stadium in Shaoxing adopts the retractable roof structure,which consists of the fixed roof,movable roof,bearing and traction of mechanical system and membrane structure maintenance system. This paper analyzes the design features of the retractable roof structure,above all,the 232 m flexible bottom chord composite truss system applied in fixed roof is firstly used in China.Through the detailed analysis of construction characteristics and difficulties,the suggested construction scheme solved the problems excellently,which assured the safety and quality.
